Bilingual Vehicle Intake SpecialistAs a Bilingual Vehicle Intake Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers selling vehicles at our store. You'll assess vehicles for purchase, process titles and paperwork, and ensure all transactions meet company standards—all while providing excellent service and supporting a safe, efficient operation.What you'll do as a Bilingual Vehicle Intake Specialist:Foster a "Safety First" and "Environmental Stewardship" culturePerform all duties with a focus on our four core values – Respect, Help, Learn & GrowDeliver friendly, helpful, and professional service to customers selling vehiclesEvaluate vehicles for purchase to ensure they meet company standardsUse company systems and software to determine accurate vehicle purchase pricesProcess car titles, ownership documents, and associated paperwork accuratelyMaintain a clean, organized, and professional work environmentCommunicate market trends and pricing updates to leadershipMeet personal and team performance goalsFollow all company policies, safety standards, and SOPsComply with company dress code and workplace safety requirementsSupport other retail and operational duties as neededWhat you bring as a Bilingual Vehicle Intake Specialist:Strong customer service and communication skillsExperience in retail, customer service, or vehicle purchasingExperience reviewing or managing car titles and paperworkStrong administrative and organizational abilitiesProficiency with computers and mobile devicesAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentPhysical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbsWillingness to work retail hours, including weekends and holidaysReliable transportation and ability to work indoors/outdoors Preferred:Automotive knowledge or basic understanding of auto partsExperience in auto parts sales or vehicle intakeBilingual in English and SpanishAbout Pull-A-Part and U-Pull-&-PayPull-A-Part, headquartered in Atlanta, GA, is an award-winning leader in the do-it-yourself used auto parts industry.
