Supporting the recruitment process, the full-time Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist will source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and assist in onboarding, focusing on both English and Spanish speaking applicants in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Utilizes various channels to identify potential candidates and build a pipeline for current and future hiring needs Conducts initial candidate screenings and coordinates interviews with hiring managers Maintains accurate candidate records and ensures a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience Bilingual in English/Spanish is required Zero (0) plus years of experience in recruitment or related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of recruitment
