We're looking for a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Coordinator / Recruiter who is passionate about recruiting, building relationships, and making a difference in people's careers. What You'll Be Doing As a full-cycle recruiter, you'll be involved in every step of the hiring process, including: Posting and managing job advertisements across multiple platforms Coordinating employee onboarding and new hire paperwork Building strong relationships with candidates, employees, and clients Fluent in both English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing) Experienced in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, HR, or workforce management Skilled trades recruiting Manufacturing or industrial recruiting Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
