We're looking for a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Coordinator / Recruiter who is passionate about recruiting, building relationships, and making a difference in people's careers. What You'll Be Doing

As a full-cycle recruiter, you'll be involved in every step of the hiring process, including:

  • Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates
  • Posting and managing job advertisements across multiple platforms
  • Screening applicants and conducting interviews
  • Coordinating employee onboarding and new hire paperwork
  • Processing I-9s and E-Verify documentation
  • Maintaining compliance and employee records
  • Building strong relationships with candidates, employees, and clients
  • Managing multiple openings and priorities simultaneously
  • Supporting workforce needs for a variety of skilled trade and construction positions


What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is someone who is:

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing)
  • Experienced in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, HR, or workforce management
  • Knowledgeable in I-9 compliance and E-Verify processes
  • Comfortable placing and managing job advertisements
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Reliable and dependable
  • A strong communicator who enjoys working with people
  • Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • A self-starter who takes initiative and follows through
  • A team player who values collaboration and accountability


Preferred Experience
  • Construction staffing
  • Skilled trades recruiting
  • Manufacturing or industrial recruiting
  • Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
