We are currently seeking dedicated and passionate Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team for two full-time, in-person school-based openings in Southwest Houston, TX . These positions provide the opportunity to work with diverse student populations while supporting communication growth in both academic and functional settings.

What You’ll Do

Provide Comprehensive School-Based Services

• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
• Conduct bilingual evaluations and re-evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized IEP goals
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
• Support students with a variety of communication needs

Collaborate With School Teams

• Participate in ARD/IEP meetings
• Work closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Help support student success across academic and functional settings

Build Meaningful Relationships

• Maintain consistent campus-based support
• Develop strong connections with students, staff, and families
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative school environment

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Texas SLP license
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• ASHA CCCs preferred
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
