Seeking a full-time remote Bilingual Spanish Pharmacy Technician for Telehealth, who will manage outbound and inbound calls to provide Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services, enhance care coordination, and support clinical outreach programs for members. Key responsibilities Place outbound calls to members to offer MTM services and commercial programs Conduct telephonic comprehensive medication interviews and document medications as part of the MTM Program Facilitate communication with clients, providers, and internal staff regarding care coordination and program outcomes Required qualifications High school diploma or GED Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician Valid Pharmacy Technician license/certification as required by state laws Active national pharmacy technician certification through either PTCB or NHA is strongly preferred Fluency in both English and Spanish is strongly preferred
