Engaging new members, the Bilingual Spanish Phone Outreach Associate will make calls to potential members, explain services, and assist with enrollment while working remotely on a full-time basis from 8:30am-5:30pm ET. Key responsibilities Making calls to potential members, identifying their needs, and providing information about services offered Answering questions about Nadia Care and the membership journey Registering members with the program and scheduling their first appointment Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Bilingual Spanish speaking required Call center, sales, or community outreach experience Outgoing personality excited to bring services to those in need Comfortable with technology and digital platforms
