Client Operations Administrator (Bilingual Spanish)Direct Hire | Immediate OpeningThe Hire Solution has partnered with an international travel organization to hire a Bilingual Client Operations Administrator on a permanent basis. This role requires a native-level Spanish speaker with strong reading and writing skills.This is a vendor-facing support position, so excellent phone etiquette and a strong customer service orientation are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute clients' day-to-day operational activities in accordance with contractual terms and standard service agreements.Perform detail-oriented tasks, including setting up and maintaining client programs.Provide operational and administrative support to the Client Operations Manager as needed.Create and update operational procedures and documentation.Coordinate onboarding of new associate and wholesale programs by:Setting up appropriate details in the back-office systemEnsuring client requirements are met in accordance with agreementsPerforming end-to-end testing prior to implementationDistributing internal client information sheetsBuild and maintain positive working relationships with internal team members, regional and global partners, clients, and third-party partners.Manage disputes and voucher requirements, including investigation, processing, documentation, and reporting.Generate and distribute required monthly reports to clients within established service level agreements (SLAs).RequirementsLegally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorshipFluent in Spanish (spoken and written)Strong customer service orientationExcellent attention to detail and administrative skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple requests simultaneously, and meet deadlines while adhering to service level standardsStrong listening, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsEffective problem-solving skills with a methodical and structured approach to workHigh school diploma or equivalent required
