Bilingual (Spanish) Family Partner

Nurtury is seeking a Bilingual Family Partner to support families in our FCC network.

What You?ll Do:

• Build strong relationships with families, FCC Educators, and community agencies
• Conduct ASQ/ASQ-SE screenings for newly enrolled children
• Facilitate parent trainings, workshops, and family engagement activities
• Represent Nurtury at community events
• Complete required reports and documentation

You:

• Have strong proficiency in Spanish / English bilingual literacy (required)
• Hold an Associate?s Degree in ECE, Psychology, Human Services, or in a related field (preferred)
• Are Knowledgeable About Early Childhood Education, Social services, and community resources
• Are experienced in supporting families from diverse or underserved communities
• Are culturally responsive, sensitive, and skilled in handling confidential information
• Are able to travel locally (required)

• Salary: $50,000 -$55,000 $5000 sign-on bonus
