Our innovative approach ensures that every client receives the compassionate care they deserve.Your RoleAs a Home Care Staffing Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive the best possible care. Your day-to-day tasks will include:Overseeing client and staff schedules to ensure seamless service delivery.Welcoming new clients and ensuring a smooth admission process.Keeping Home Healthcare Aides informed about clients' care plans and addressing any needs that arise.Ensuring adherence to Federal, State, and local regulations and standards.Handling phone calls, document management, and visitor interactions.Participating in staff meetings and supporting the recruitment process.What We're Looking ForHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferred.At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within a Home Healthcare setting.

TBI/NHTD experience preferred but not required (We are willing to train the right candidate).Proficiency with Microsoft Office and knowledge of relevant regulations.Bilingual in Spanish/EnglishAbility to work effectively under pressure and handle various tasks with a positive attitude.Why Join Us?Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
