Bilingual Spanish/English Social Care Navigator (Medicaid)

Epicured, Inc. is hiring Social Care Navigators to support New York’s Medicaid Section 1115 Waiver program. You will engage Medicaid members, assess eligibility for Health-Related Social Needs services, and coordinate referrals with Epicured and community partners.

This role reports to the VP of Member Experience and is ideal for someone organized, compassionate, tech-savvy, and comfortable in a high-volume virtual contact center.
