To support families facing dementia, the full-time Bilingual Spanish Care Navigator will provide empathetic listening and guidance through a 24/7 support line, working remotely on a contract basis with rotating shifts. Key responsibilities Provide empathetic listening, emotional support, and guidance to individuals living with Alzheimer's and their families Share dementia education, coping strategies, and assist with resource navigation Triage callers using a structured support model and document interactions in the care platform Required qualifications Background in social work, psychology, nursing, counseling, caregiver support, or related fields Experience supporting older adults and individuals with cognitive and behavioral disorders Strong English communication skills (verbal & written) Ability to handle emotional conversations with empathy and steadiness Reliable internet and a quiet/private remote workspace
