To support a growing insurance practice, the full-time Bilingual Solutions Center Representative will respond to customer inquiries, provide consultative solutions, and educate clients on product features while working remotely. Key responsibilities Respond to incoming calls from investment professionals, plan sponsors, and members regarding products and account inquiries Analyze customer questions to identify underlying needs and provide consultative solutions Document customer interactions accurately and maintain appropriate records while ensuring compliance with FINRA requirements Required qualifications At least 1 year of experience in customer service, client support, sales, or financial services Associate's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Insurance, Economics, Communications, or a related discipline Strong working knowledge of computers and common office software Ability to analyze customer inquiries and provide accurate first-contact resolution Understanding of applicable FINRA regulations and company policies
