Bilingual Social Worker

To support multiple client companies, the part-time Bilingual Insurance Risk Interviewer will conduct life insurance medical and financial interviews via outbound telephone calls, ensuring compliance and quality assurance throughout the process. Key responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to life insurance applicants to gather medical, financial, occupational, and avocation histories Review and edit collected information for quality assurance during interviews Utilize call management systems to log call attempts and document interview results Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Bilingual candidates are required Medical terminology background is necessary Proficient with Outlook and Microsoft Teams, with comfort in navigating technology Availability for a rotating Saturday shift, approximately 1 Saturday every 4 weeks after training
