Managing a pipeline of 40 active loans, the full-time Bilingual Senior Loan Processor will obtain and verify documentation for loan underwriting, communicate with customers and loan officers, and ensure compliance with mortgage regulations while working remotely. Key responsibilities Obtain vendor information and verify documentation for loan processing Review and analyze borrower's credit, income, and assets before underwriting submission Prepare loan approval summaries and manage a pipeline to meet service level agreements Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 3-5 years of residential mortgage processing experience Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage lending regulations Previous experience with Encompass software Fluency in both Spanish and English
