Bilingual Senior HR Generalist

I’m partnering with a well-established organization on a search for an experienced Bilingual Senior HR Generalist . This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys being hands-on while serving as a trusted advisor to both employees and leadership.

Key areas of responsibility:

• Lead complex employee relations matters and workplace investigations
• Coach managers on performance management, corrective action, and employee issues
• Support HR compliance, policies, and employment law initiatives
• Manage complex leave and accommodation matters
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational initiatives
• Support compensation planning, job leveling, and pay equity analysis
• Maintain HRIS data and provide HR reporting and analytics
• Lead HR projects, training, and process improvements
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior HR team members

What we’re looking for:

• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• 5–7+ years of progressive manufacturing HR experience
• Strong employee relations and investigation experience
• Solid knowledge of federal and state employment laws
• Experience supporting a multi-state or multi-site workforce
• Strong HRIS, reporting, and analytical skills
• Experience mentoring or providing guidance to other HR professionals
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification

Work Schedule : Onsite

Compensation : $85-90k base
