Seeking a Bilingual RN - Multi-State Licensed, the full-time remote Registered Nurse will provide telehealth and virtual care clinical triage assessments, health education, and patient support while maintaining clinical skills and engaging with diverse patient populations. Key responsibilities Conduct telehealth assessments and provide patient-focused care through various communication channels Make clinical decisions on routine patient care matters and document all interactions accurately Monitor performance metrics and participate in coaching sessions to enhance service quality Required qualifications Minimum of 3 years of recent direct patient care experience in high acuity settings (ICU, ER, etc.) Must possess a Multi-State (compact) unrestricted RN license in specified states Bilingual in English and Spanish Minimum of an associate's degree in nursing; bachelor's degree preferred Ability to obtain licensure in additional states as required
