Seeking a Bilingual RN - Multi-State Licensed, the full-time remote Registered Nurse will provide telehealth and virtual care clinical triage assessments, health education, and support to diverse patient populations, ensuring high-quality care through innovative communication channels. Key responsibilities Conduct clinical assessments and provide patient-focused care and guidance via phone or online Monitor performance metrics and participate in coaching sessions to enhance service delivery Document all patient interactions accurately using management software Required qualifications Minimum of 3 years as a Registered Nurse with recent direct patient care experience, preferably in high acuity settings Must hold a Multi-State (compact) unrestricted RN license in specified states Bilingual in English and Spanish Minimum of an associate's degree in nursing; bachelor's degree preferred Ability to become licensed in additional states as required
