Providing critical support to field teams, the full-time Bilingual Remote RN will assess urgent patient needs, implement care plans, and streamline member care through effective documentation and technology while working remotely. Key responsibilities Utilize crisis management skills to assess and address urgent patient needs Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and field staff requiring immediate support Conduct chart auditing and assist in post-hospital outreach to prevent readmissions Required qualifications Current and valid RN license allowing practice across state lines Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in emergency or critical care Flexibility to adjust shifts based on peak coverage needs Ability to communicate calmly in high-stress situations Strong organizational skills and dedication to patient safety and quality care
