EchoStar is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to support billing, programming and technical questions for DISH TV customers. This is a full-time, work-from-home role with EchoStar-provided equipment and paid training.
You will take back-to-back service calls, assist a diverse customer base with solutions, and promote EchoStar products to enhance value and enjoyment of the DISH TV experience. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
