Position Overview
As a Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one-on-one with clients implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You'll help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills while collaborating with families and clinical staff.
Responsibilities
Provide direct ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or community settings.
Implement treatment plans designed by supervising BCBAs.
Accurately collect and document session data.
Communicate professionally with families in both English and Spanish.
Maintain client confidentiality and follow ethical RBT standards.
Participate in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities.
Qualifications
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
Fluent in both English and Spanish.
Experience working with children is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Austin area.
Ability to pass required background checks and onboarding requirements.
