Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time Bilingual Recovery Associate will assist customers in remaining compliant and collecting outstanding balances while working remotely from Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm Central Time. Key responsibilities Answer inbound calls and texts to assist customers with compliance Contact customers via outbound calls, texts, and emails to support retention and collection efforts Follow up on payment plans and settlements while adhering to department guidelines and goals Required qualifications Fluency in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Collections, or Sales Associate degree or equivalent work experience Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
