Fluent in Spanish, the full-time Bilingual Recovery Agent will manage inbound and outbound collection calls, negotiate immediate payments, and resolve delinquent account balances while working remotely. Key responsibilities Communicate effectively with customers to negotiate payments and resolve delinquent accounts Utilize skip tracing resources and multiple systems to manage collections and reach decision makers Participate in ongoing education with customers regarding terms, conditions, and alternative payment methods Required qualifications Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish (Required) High School Diploma with 1-2 years of experience in a related field At least one year of transportation industry customer support experience Basic accounting knowledge and skip tracing experience Working knowledge of FDCPA and applicable federal laws
