Bilingual RBT — Mentored ABA Technician Path

Alpaca Health is hiring RBTs to work in homes, schools, and daycares in Colorado. You will follow individual plans from a BCBA, implement behavior strategies, and collect data to track progress. A direct mentor from BCBA will support you, with opportunities for growth toward BCBA certification.

Roles are in-person with flexible hours across mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Active RBT certification is preferred, and the company reimburses training as you earn your certification.
