Pay:
$70,000 - $80,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and submit drawings; support design coordination with engineering teams
* Track project progress and help resolve field conflicts and routing issues
* Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams; attend BIM meetings
* Maintain project documentation, drawings, and records
* Support project managers to ensure timely and accurate deliverables
Qualifications:
* Bilingual in Mandarin and English (required)
* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or related field
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
* Experience in construction, engineering, or project coordination preferred
* AutoCAD/Revit exposure is a plus
* Strong communication and coordination skills in a fast-paced environment
