Bilingual Printer Machine OperatorConcord, North CarolinaJob Title: Bilingual Printer Machine Operator Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Job location Pay: $16.50 / Hour Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PMJob Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Printing Machine Operator to join our Production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, adjusting, and maintaining printing equipment to produce high-quality printed products. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow safety procedures, and a commitment to meeting production and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Operate printing machinery to produce high-quality printed products according to production requirementsSet up, calibrate, and adjust printing equipment for different garment styles and production needsMake necessary machine adjustments to achieve the best possible print qualityInspect printed products to ensure prints are clean, accurate, consistent, and free of defectsOrganize, prepare, and install printing screens for production runsMix and handle inks, additives, solvents, and other approved chemicals according to company proceduresMaintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation throughout the production processStack, organize, and move printed and unprinted materialsFollow all safety procedures when operating machinery and handling inks and chemicalsMaintain strong attention to detail and accuracy while meeting production goalsPerform repetitive tasks including reaching, gripping, grasping, bending, lifting, and handling productsComplete additional production duties and special projects as assignedRequired Qualifications:No previous printing experience is a plus; training will be providedAbility to follow instructions and learn production processes quicklyStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workAbility to work efficiently in a manufacturing environmentReliable attendance and punctualityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to follow all safety procedures and company guidelinesPreferred Qualifications:Previous experience in manufacturing, production, machine operation, or screen printing preferredExperience working with inks, printing equipment, or production machineryAbility to identify quality issues and make adjustments as neededExperience working in a fast-paced production environmentPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks throughout the work shiftAbility to regularly lift and move up to 50 poundsAbility to bend, kneel, reach, grasp, and handle products and materialsAbility to work with moving mechanical equipment and follow workplace safety proceduresMust have adequate close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perceptionSafety Equipment Required:Latex gloves when handling ink or cleaning materialsSafety glasses when operating ink mixing equipmentFace mask when handling powders or certain materialsAdditional PPE as required by company safety proceduresCore Competencies: Printing Machine Operation, Production Manufacturing, Equipment Setup, Equipment Calibration, Quality Inspection, Ink Handling, Safety Procedures, Manufacturing Processes, Attention to Detail, Teamwork, Productivity, Reliability, Time Management
