Bilingual Pediatric Office Assistant

Part-Time Bilingual Administrative FloatWe are looking for a Spanish/English-speaking employee to help maintain our pediatric therapy clinic. We are looking for a part-time applicant able to work around 20 to 25 hours per week. This position is one in which you will be responsible for cleaning, decorating, organizing, volunteer management, translating, answering phones, scheduling clients, and watching for safety issues at a pediatric therapy clinic.You must be able to work Saturdays from 8:15 to 2:30 for this position.

We are also open during the week from 7:45 to 6:30, and sometimes you will be asked to open and other times to close.Responsibilities:Scheduling clientsAnswering phonesCleaning/Organizing toys and surfacesFilingTranslating Spanish & EnglishAssisting therapists with therapy services as neededDirecting and managing our volunteer programFront desk tasksData Entry - Inputting new clients into our systemQualifications:Good organizational skillsFluency in English and SpanishYou must be punctual and dependableAble to lift 15 poundsCompensation $15 - $17 hourly About KidtherapyKidtherapy is a multidisciplinary outpatient pediatric clinic that is therapist-owned and managed. We do only clinic-based services and a small amount of teletherapy. KidTherapy's pediatric therapy facility has over 4,000 square feet of fully equipped space.
