Bilingual Patient Care Navigator

To support a growing telehealth initiative, the full-time Bilingual Patient Care Navigator will manage inbound calls related to workplace incidents, gather necessary information, and document interactions within a remote call center environment, requiring proficiency in both English and Spanish. Key responsibilities Answer inbound calls from employees and supervisors regarding injury reports, transferring triage calls as necessary Follow standard operating procedures to accurately gather and document information using proprietary software Ensure compliance with HIPAA policies while maintaining high standards of customer service during phone interactions Required qualifications High school diploma or GED Fluency in both English and Spanish At least two years of customer service or client relations experience preferred Proficient data entry skills, with a typing speed of at least 25 words per minute PC proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office applications
