To support a growing virtual healthcare practice, the full-time Bilingual Nurse Practitioner will provide urgent care via telehealth, develop clinical plans for patients with chronic conditions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while working remotely. Key responsibilities Provides urgent health care via telephone and tele video modalities to patients receiving home and community-based services Develops and implements clinical plans of care for adult patients facing chronic and complex conditions Maintains patient medical records and documentation consistent with state regulations and company standards Required qualifications MS in Nursing Active national NP certification Valid, current, active, and unrestricted Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner license in Texas, Iowa, or Kansas Active RN Compact license 2+ years of experience in managing complex care cases
