Seeking a Bilingual Non-Profit Bookkeeper, this part-time remote position will manage client bookkeeping functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial reporting while ensuring timely and accurate financial operations for non-profit organizations. Key responsibilities: Support client bookkeeping functions such as bank reconciliations, payroll, journal entries, and reporting Create and interpret financial reports including Balance Sheets and Profit and Loss statements Ensure deadlines for month-end accounting processes are met and assist in tax preparation documentation as needed Required qualifications: 10+ years of bookkeeping experience, with at least 5 years in a non-profit setting Proficient in bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Google Workspace Two-year accounting degree preferred; relevant certifications are a plus Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, both oral and written Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
