Experienced in mortgage processing, the full-time remote Bilingual Mortgage Loan Processor will independently manage loan workflows, calculate self-employed income, and ensure timely closings while maintaining compliance with mortgage lending regulations. Key responsibilities Independently calculate various types of self-employed income Monitor and manage workflow to ensure timely loan closings, funding a minimum of 20 units per month Communicate effectively with borrowers, operations staff, and external parties to expedite the mortgage process Required qualifications 3+ years of current retail mortgage processing experience preferred Knowledge of TRID and FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, & VA underwriting guidelines Experience with LoanSoft LOS and Salesforce is a plus Strong computer and technology-related skills Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
