To support organizations in deploying AI-powered workplace tools, the remote Bilingual Microsoft 365 Copilot Consultant (English/Spanish) will serve as a trusted advisor, assist with deployment and onboarding, and conduct training sessions to enhance customer success. Key responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor during the Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption journey Support deployment, configuration, and onboarding of Microsoft 365 Copilot and related AI solutions Conduct workshops, enablement sessions, and training programs for customers Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365, cloud technologies, or digital workplace solutions Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 technologies such as Teams, SharePoint Online, and Exchange Online Experience supporting or deploying Microsoft 365 Copilot or similar AI productivity solutions Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish Experience delivering workshops, training sessions, or end-user enablement programs
