Bilingual Manufacturing Supervisor

Location: Opa-locka, FL

Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Salary: $60,000–$80,000 annually, based on experience

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Rotating Shifts

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily production operations and lead manufacturing employees in a fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for ensuring production goals are met while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, efficiency, and employee performance.

Candidates must be comfortable working a rotating shift schedule, alternating between first and second shift based on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing and production activities
• Lead, train, coach, and support production employees
• Monitor production schedules, workflow, output, and staffing requirements
• Ensure production goals and quality standards are consistently achieved
• Identify and address production delays, downtime, and operational issues
• Enforce company safety policies, procedures, and manufacturing standards
• Monitor employee performance, attendance, productivity, and training
• Work closely with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and other departments to resolve production issues
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste
• Maintain accurate production documentation and reports
• Ensure employees follow established procedures and work instructions
• Promote a safe, organized, and productive manufacturing environment

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production supervisory experience
• Experience leading and managing production employees
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production schedules, quality, and safety
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with continuous improvement practices such as 5S, Lean, or Kaizen is preferred
• Knowledge of GMP or regulated manufacturing environments is a plus
• Must be comfortable working rotating first and second shifts
• Ability to work Monday–Friday and adjust between shifts as required

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $60,000–$80,000 annually, based on experience.
