We are seeking a Mandarin- and English-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to support patients of a global healthcare organization. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact, delivering accurate, compassionate, and timely assistance through phone-based support. Key Responsibilities
- Provide inbound phone support to patients, including:

Requirements
