To support a growing healthcare team, the full-time Bilingual LPN Case Manager Assistant will assist the RN Case Manager with service authorizations, treatment plan reviews, and ongoing communication with healthcare providers while working remotely. Key responsibilities Assist in the management of patient cases by reviewing medical data and coordinating care with providers and payers Document case actions and maintain accurate records in the computer system under the direction of the RN Case Manager Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to ensure patient needs are met and to provide necessary updates to the healthcare team Required qualifications Current and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse or Medical Assistant/Nursing Assistant Certification in the United States Preferred 5 years of varied clinical experience or 3 years in a specialty field Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong reading and writing abilities in both languages Understanding of case management processes and healthcare benefit constraints
