Fluently bilingual in English and Spanish, the full-time Bilingual Loan Consultant will manage warm leads from motivated customers seeking to refinance their auto loans, guiding them through options, connecting them with lending partners, and closing deals in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Guide pre-approved customers through the refinancing process and explain financial benefits Connect clients with lending partners and offer additional protection products Collect necessary documentation to facilitate loan funding while adhering to a structured call script Required qualifications Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish 2+ years of experience in a sales-based or metrics-driven environment Proficiency in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to handle phone calls for 5+ hours daily Experience in call centers, credit unions, collections, or retail preferred
