Providing first-class technical support, the remote Bilingual Integration Analyst will assist English and Spanish-speaking customers in integrating payment solutions, ensuring successful implementation and functionality of NMI's software products. Key responsibilities: Provide integration support to customers in both English and Spanish, guiding them through the integration of NMI's payment solutions Maintain implementations of products to ensure a comprehensive understanding of their functionality and updates Create and update internal and external documentation to serve as a knowledge library for users Required qualifications: Professional fluency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly Experience coding in Objective-C or willingness to learn, along with proficiency in at least one of the following: C#, C++, or Java Good understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems Basic understanding of networking to assist customers with related issues Customer-centric approach with excellent customer service skills
