Bilingual Insurance Representatives will build customer relationships through a consultative sales approach, provide insurance quotes, close sales, and deliver expert guidance on coverage, billing, renewals, and policy servicing in a full-time remote role. Key responsibilities Provide insurance quotes and utilize selling techniques to close sales through a consultative approach Deliver high-level support and consultation regarding insurance policies, billing, renewals, and endorsements Resolve customer complaints and enhance customer loyalty by ensuring exceptional service and communication Required qualifications Fluency in English and Spanish Must hold a current Property and Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines License in at least one U.S. State High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred 0-2 years of customer service experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
