A law license in good standing in any U.Full fluency in Spanish and English, spoken and written. Most of our clients prefer Spanish.
2-5+ years of family-based and humanitarian immigration practice preferred, with substantial Immigration Court experience, including bond and Individual Hearings you've handled yourself. This is a removal-defense practice, not business immigration.
