To deliver exceptional customer experiences, the remote Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative will manage patient inquiries related to billing and insurance, resolve complex issues, and facilitate payment processing while working independently to meet performance metrics. Key responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients and insurance companies to resolve billing inquiries and payment issues Provide clear answers to complex billing and insurance questions, including eligibility and payment options Document account information accurately and maintain compliance with company policies and client guidelines Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required Prior experience in a call center and healthcare customer service setting preferred Familiarity with medical billing and coding concepts preferred Ability to navigate multiple computer applications and systems simultaneously Self-motivated with effective time management skills in a remote work environment
