Bilingual Enrollment Specialist

To support family caregivers through their caregiving journey, the full-time Bilingual Enrollment Specialist will engage in outbound calls, educate caregivers about the Caregiver Support Program, and coordinate enrollment while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Initiate outbound calls to eligible family caregivers to introduce and explain the Caregiver Support Program Secure caregiver agreements to enroll and manage documentation in the CRM system Maintain compliance with HIPAA standards and participate in team training and performance reviews Required Qualifications Fluency in English Eligibility to work in the U.S Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment Comfort conducting frequent phone-based conversations Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
