HotFoot Recruiters is excited to partner with a construction and engineering services company to fill the position of Bilingual Safety / EHS Specialist. This role will support environmental, health, and safety programs, working closely with site teams to assist with safety compliance and day-to-day safety initiatives.
Title: Bilingual EHS Specialist
Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Location: On-site - North Phoenix
Pay Range: $30-$35/hr
Responsibilities
* Support environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs across active job sites.
* Assist with safety compliance efforts, including documentation and recordkeeping.
* Participate in site safety inspections and hazard identification activities.
* Support safety training sessions, orientations, and toolbox talks.
* Assist with tracking safety incidents, corrective actions, and follow-up items.
* Maintain safety documentation, logs, and reports.
* Serve as a bilingual point of contact for safety-related communication with site teams.
* Support site safety initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications
* Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English (required).
* Previous experience supporting safety, EHS, or compliance functions is preferred.
* OSHA 510 or OSHA 30 certification required.
* Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
* Ability to communicate clearly with field and management teams.
* Comfortable working fully on-site in construction or engineering environments.
