Providing holistic, empathetic care remotely, the full-time Bilingual Digital Care Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) will manage patient interactions through digital channels, ensuring clinical accuracy and continuity of care while working 4-10 hour shifts each week. Key responsibilities Deliver exceptional clinical care through real-time and asynchronous digital communication Manage multiple patient conversations while maintaining accurate documentation and follow-through Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and support care coordination with family members Required qualifications Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) with three or more years of experience in primary care or related fields Active and in-good-standing RN and APRN licenses for Nurse Practitioners or an active Physician Assistant license Ability to review AI-generated responses for clinical accuracy and safety Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states as required Experience in virtual care or telehealth environments preferred
