The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Mobile Dental Assistant who can do more than just assist chairside—you’ll be a key part of building trust with patients by communicating in their preferred language. If you’re fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese and excited about a flexible, impactful role outside the traditional office setting, this could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with dental procedures in a mobile clinic setting
• Follow infection‑control and sterilization protocols
• Set up, break down, and transport dental equipment to each site
• Provide warm, clear communication to patients in their native language
• Maintain accurate records and support light administrative duties

What You Bring

• Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese (required)
• Registered/Certified Dental Assistant (per California requirements)
• Radiation Certificate
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Working knowledge of OSHA and infection‑control standards
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs of equipment
• Ability to pass federal background check and drug screening
• Compassion, reliability, and a mission‑focused mindset
