Bilingual Data Operations Shift Lead

SOSi is seeking a Team Lead to support a 24/7/365 program, responsible for managing day-to-day shift, coordinating tasks, monitoring performance, and assisting with issue resolution. Acts as liaison between Data Analysts and Data Coordinators to promote collaboration and ensure alignment on project goals.

The role requires leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills, with in-person on-site work; requires US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance; English and Spanish fluency.
