Bilingual Customer Service Specialists (Fully Remote)

• Provide professional and courteous customer support in Russian and/or Ukrainian and English.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide clear, accurate, and timely resolutions.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, and punctuality.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Russian and/or Ukrainian and English.
• Previous customer service/support experience preferred; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet performance targets including CSAT 90.5%+, QA 90%+, CPH 6+, Occupancy 80%+ and Punctuality 95%+.
