Bilingual Customer Service Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a customer-focused and energetic Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our retail team for a brick and mortar store in LAs Vegas, NV. This individual will serve as the face of the business, assisting customers in-person, answering product questions, processing transactions, and providing an exceptional shopping experience.

This role is a full time role that will require a shift every Saturday. Sundays are guaranteed off as well as a week day. The shift is from 9:30am to 5:30pm.

Pay is dependent on experience and can go up to $22 an hour.

Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner

- Provide product recommendations and answer customer inquiries

- Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges

- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly

- Maintain store appearance, merchandising displays, and inventory organization

- Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise

- Support overall store operations and daily opening/closing tasks

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and customer service goals

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- 1+ year of customer service, retail, or sales experience

- Fluent in both English xhqgsiq and Spanish

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment

- Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system experience

- Must be available to work Saturdays
