Location: On-site in Cuyahoga Falls, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Salary: $43,000 - $46,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities of a Bilingual Customer Service Representative:

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers by providing outstanding support in both Spanish and English via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with product and service inquiries, order processing, billing questions, and account support
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-focused approach
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer needs and a seamless experience
• Develop expertise in company products, services, and policies to provide informed and reliable support

Qualifications of a Bilingual Customer Service Representative:

• Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages
• Customer service experience preferred
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
