Position: Bilingual Dutch (Belgium) Generalist Expert — AI SafetyType:ContractCompensation:$48–$52/hourLocation:RemoteRole Responsibilities
Write expert-level prompts in Belgian Dutch across a range of sensitive subject areas.
Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.
Flag adversarial phrasings and escalation patterns. Document the reasoning behind your judgments.
Evaluate and strengthen how AI models handle sensitive topics in Dutch as spoken in Belgium.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.
QualificationsMust-Have
- Native or near-native fluency in Dutch as spoken in Belgium, plus business-level written English.
- Currently based in Belgium.
- Bachelor's degree, completed or in progress.
- Strong written reasoning and a high level of attention to detail.
- Sound judgment around sensitive and dual-use information.
Preferred
- Experience reviewing, grading, or red‑teaming written or technical content.
- Background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing.
