Key responsibilities Review and follow up on inbound requests from outreach campaigns Conduct 150 to 200 outbound calls daily to engage with patients and schedule appointments Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless patient experience Required qualifications At least 2 years of outbound call center experience, with 1 year in the healthcare industry Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare software Ability to work eastern time (EDT) Experience with Zendesk and Five9 preferred Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple communication channels
